The Los Angeles Coffee Festival celebrates LA’s vibrant coffee scene.
With over 7,000 plus coffee lovers and foodies, professional baristas, coffee shop owners and top decision-makers expected to attend, The Los Angeles Coffee Festival promises to be an unmissable event for all coffee lovers and industry folk alike.
The Festival features artisan coffee and gourmet food stalls, demonstrations from world-class baristas, as well as all the coffee you could possibly drink, live music, art and much more.
What does my ticket include?
On top of entry to The Los Angeles Coffee Festival for a three hour session you can expect unlimited free coffee, workshops and live music! Learn about the various different ways to make and brew coffee at home in the Lab, visit your favorite barista at the True Artisan Café and graze your way through the street food market.
You won’t go home hungry, thirsty, or uncaffeinated!

Where does the money go?
10% of all profits from The Los Angeles Coffee Festival will go towards
Project Waterfall.
It aims to raise more than $1.5million to deliver safe drinking water and sanitation projects for up to 100,000 people, specifically in coffee-producing countries in Africa. Since 2015, the Los Angeles Coffee Festival and The New York Coffee Festval combined have raised over $200,000 to Project Waterfall and charity:water.
What is LA Coffee Week™?
LA Coffee Week provides a unique opportunity for branded coffee chains, independent coffee shops and industry suppliers to collaborate and celebrate the success of the industry while giving back to an extremely worthy cause. A nationwide programme of charitable collections, in-store activities and public events will raise funds for Project Waterfall to deliver clean water projects in coffee-producing African countries.

Is the site wheelchair-accessible?
Yes, it is. Arrangements will be made to ensure that all guests can easily access every section of The Festival.
Where are the restrooms?
The restrooms are soon after the entrace, to the right.
Is this a child friendly event?
Most definitely, although we do ask that any child under the age of 16 is accompanied by an adult. Children under the age of 10 have free entry.
Do children have free entry?
Children under age 10 have free entry to the Festival. Children over the age of 10 require a ticket.
Can I bring a picnic?
The Los Angeles Coffee Festival attracts some of the best gourmet and street food producers in Los Angeles who will be giving out nibbles throughout the day, and there will also be plenty of food and drink to buy on site. With so many food options there really won’t be any reason to bring a picnic!
Will there be food for vegetarians?
Absolutely. You’ll find plenty of tasty food if you’re vegetarian.
Will there be photography & filming?
Yes. All official photographers and film crew will have identification.
Public Photography and Video Filming
We are sure you will understand that we wish to protect the integrity of the festival and exhibitors. If you are going to take pictures or film with a video camera or cell phone camera you need to follow some common sense rules. You are free to record your own visit to the Festival for your own personal home use but you cannot sell any photos or moving images of the festival for commercial or other gain. Please respect the privacy of other Festival attendees who may not want to be filmed. Please do not bring any professional equipment with you and please be aware of health and safety issues.
Photography, video, audio recording and children
The safeguarding of children is our first priority when using recorded content. We adhere closely to set guidelines on the use of images and video online, taking special care to protect a child’s privacy and never identify children by name unless we have specific permission to do so.
Will there be a cloakroom?
No, sorry there won’t be a cloakroom. Please make sure you look after any item that you bring into the venue, it's your responsibility; the organisers and venue management team can not take responsibility for loss or theft.
Can I smoke?
No. Smoking will not be allowed inside the building.
What about security?
For your safety every festival zone will have a dedicated security guard. If you see any problems or incidents please report them to security staff or the police.

First Aid
Qualified first aiders are available throughout the event. In the first instance please contact a member of festival staff or security.
Fire Procedure
A fire marshalling system is employed. In the event of fire or evacuation please follow the fire marshal’s direction.
Glass & Bottles
Are strictly prohibited at the event and may be confiscated if found.
Information Point
There will be an Info Desk located at the event. Please refer to the event guide and festival map or ask a member of festival staff, who will be happy to help.
Lost or Found Property
Please hand any found property to a member of the onsite event team, at the Info Desk or entrance/exit. After the event property will be kept for three months and can be claimed by emailing info@la-coffeefestival.com.
Can I exchange or refund my ticket?
Unfortunately we operate a no refund, no exchange policy. These terms and conditions are displayed on our booking page at the time of purchase.

What’s the difference between Industry and consumer days?
The Los Angeles Coffee Festival will open for an Industry Day.
The Industry Day Program is meant solely for trade professionals and includes a series of workshops, seminars, product tastings and other industry specific experiences.
The Lab area of the festival will also host numerous free, relevant seminars and workshops that will provide attendees with the latest market insight, innovative ideas and ready-to-implement training & vocational skills.
The Los Angeles Coffee Festival will then be open to consumers from Saturday through Sunday.
The celebrations will continue into the weekend with free tastings and demonstrations from world-class baristas, interactive workshops, street food, coffee cocktails, live music, DJs, art exhibitions and much more.
10% of all profits will go towards Project Waterfall, a charity that delivers clean water projects to coffee-producing countries. These funds will then be donated to charity: water to carry out their clean water projects. For more information about charity: water, please visit
