Everyone knows it; the Los Angeles food scene is flying high.
City-wide, relaxed dining spaces using high-brow cooking techniques and drawing from a global bounty of inspiration are flourishing, establishing Los Angeles anew as one of the best, most eclectic dining scenes on the globe.
Take it from The New York Times, “the energy in Los Angeles restaurants is very much in keeping with what is taking place in other spheres across this city, from museums to music to architecture.” The heart of this city of culture is in its cooking.
Let us introduce The Kitchen; our casual dining feature which launched at LACF in 2018 and proved to be one of the most popular features of the Festival. The Kitchen is filled with fiery demos, workshops and talks headed up by culinary legends and up-and-coming restaurateurs who are making a mark on the vibrant Los Angeles cooking scene.
